What Data Does The Club Collect ?

The Club collects images from security cameras located at various fisheries.
The Club collects car registration details where security cameras are present for identification purposes.

The Club is committed to ensuring that members’ personal information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, The Club has put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the data collected. Access to the data is limited by secure password controls and only to a limited number of appointed club officials.
Data Lifetime
Personal data held for membership purposes will be actively used and retained during any current fishing season. The personal data of those who are not paid up members in the current season will be retained and used for email communications until the person requests removal. Upon request, or after 3 unsuccessful email transmissions, all data for the person will be destroyed.
Images captured on our security cameras will be destroyed after 3 months.
How The Club uses web site cookies
