The Committee Cup was also up for grabs for those club committee members fishing today, with current holder Ray Torrington looking to make it 5 years in a row.
The last 4 of the Individual Knockout Trophy were also paired up, with David Pike up against the 2025-26 winner Jason Chatham. David Preston drawn against David Norville will be settled at the next match.
Ray Torrington was the big winner on the day with 84lb 7oz from peg number 18. Ray fished the method feeder to the far bank using 6mm pink Wafter and micros.
Second Place was David Pike with 75lb 8oz from peg number 10. David fished the margins with the wind pushing in using dead maggots and corn.
Third Place was Jason Chatham with 45lb 15oz from peg number 22. Jason fished top 2 for the majority of the match on maggot before switching back to method feeder when the larger fish showed in the last hour.
